Why am I getting a message about files being deleted from my account?
I received the notice below. It seems that 10 days ago, a lot of files were deleted, but I didn't delete anything. Why did I receive this? Hi MrMisterman1, You recently deleted 36438 files from your Dropbox account. If you want these files back, you can still restore themuntil11/2/2025. After that, they’ll be permanently deleted. Deleting files
I had a paid dropbox account I no longer required so I closed it. There was about 13gb I no longer require in it. Dropbox closed the account properly and left me with one of the free accounts. However I can not use this account as it shows 13gb in a 2 gb account. I gets regular emails asking me to upgrade to a bigger account I do not need. None of the 13 gb files are visible so I can not delete them. I suppose I could just forget about this account and start a new one but dropbox them gets stuck with an account that will never be used or deleted. I am not sure what to do. if you can tell me how to go about deleting files I can not see I will clean up things. Thank you.Solved884Views0likes2Comments
