I tried again and I received the message that I had 2 accounts with the same Apple ID ! The money has been taken from my account but still no upgrade. I only have one DropBox account so cannot resolve the problem. Zero customer service with Dropbox when there is a problem. SolvedWhere can I find pricing info for the "Extended version history" option? I'm now on a free account, but wondering what the total cost would be if I upgrade to Plus and add the one year extended version history option to my account? I can't seem to find the pricing for the extended version history. I'm not seeing the Plus features, although I paid for the plan. I upgraded to the Plus plan using the 30 day free trial but I'm nit seeing any of the features on the account. It shows up in my subscriptions but i dont have access to any of the features, when i try to upgrade again it tells me im already paying for the subscription cause of starting that trial. Trying to upgrade to Plus, but app claims I already have it I'm currently on Dropbox Starter, which gives me 100GB, and want to upgrade to Plus for the 2TB. However, when I try to upgrade my plan, I am told that I am already on Plus - even though the app clearly shows I only have 100GB (which I have almost filled up). It then shows my only upgrade option being Professional, which is significantly more expensive than Plus and includes features I don't need. Immediate Billing Re-run Button when a payment has failed. I have noticed that if a bill has not run (i.e. payment missed), the only options available once a client has availed funds for the bill to be run again by the Dropbox billing system is (1) a "Renew now" option that basically forces the client to re-enter the very same credit card details already in the system (assuming the client is not intending to use a different card) and/or (2) to wait for the system to run the billing again, whenever that will be at some later stage that day or the next morning. This is rather inconvenient. I would strongly suggest that Dropbox keeps current with other entities of its size that simply offer the option to "re-run" payment on the existing card details on their system; thus further increasing clients user experience on the site/offering. Lastly, remember clients are in different countries that have currencies fluctuate differently in the exchange market against the US Dollar that Dropbox bill us on. For instance, today the R5,000.00 (i.e. five thousand South African Rands) I have availed to be sufficient for the current cycle of bill(s), may no longer be sufficient at a later stage should I opt to simply wait for the billing system to run by itself at a later stage (instead of the inconvenience of re-entering the same credit card details). I believe this is one of the reasons why other companies of Dropbox's size offer the ability/convenience to "re-run payment immediately" without having to re-enter the same credit card details.; companies such as Google Drive, etc. Is there a cheaper plan than Dropbox Plus? Many people do not need 2TB of data. So $9.99 a month is waste of money. But $0.99 a month for 50-100GB would be great with a 4 device limit. And perhaps another tier of 500GB for $2.99/month with a 5 device limit. Think about it. Seriously. Think about it. Is there a lower-priced plan than Plus? The lowest individual plan that I see is $120 per year for 2 TB. Can the $60 per year per TB add-on for paying customers be offered as a standalone plan? I think that's a fair price point compared to competitors. Is there a Dropbox subscription between the 2 GB and the 2000 GB plans? Hi there, I'm looking to move away from Google Drive since Google is now forcing an incredibly intrusive AI on us that is making it much, much harder for me to navigate my folders and there is no way to turn this AI off. I am currently paying Google $1.99 per month for 100 GB of storage. I was considering upgrading to more storage anyway, but paying $11.99 for 2 terabytes of storage when I only have 100 GB of content to store is not in the cards for me right now. Is there any storage level between 2 GB and 2,000 GB for DropBox? It seems like there should be a 200 GB level or at 500 GB level or something since there's a massive gulf between needing 2 GB of storage and needing 1,000 times that? I want to redeem the Dropbox Basic Extra plan. I got a notification popup that offered me Dropbox basic-extra. It was around 500GB for around $6 a month. I was excited to take the offer but was busy with other people and the timing was not right so I thought I would sign up later when I got home. But the offer was gone. On a Live Chat a customer service person gave me a URL link to redeem it but it just gave an error that said it is not available. How can I get the basic-extra plan? It is just personal use and I just cannot justify 2TB or more money. Kindly let me know how I can upgrade to the basic-extra plan. Thank, Gary
