I have a personal plus account. I started a small business and need the business essentials to use with a few clients. I don't see this option on the upgrade page. Is this possible? Thanks. I don't see any help or threads on this. I see articles about convert from personal to team member, but that's not my situation.48Views0likes10CommentsWe can't re-upgrade our plan because the payment page is broken and keeps refreshing.
Hi, hopefuly someone here can help as so far I have had a 30 email chain with support and no closer to solving the issue. We had a business account and needed to reduce the amount of team members....we did this but it downgraded us to only 1 team member and a basic account. For over a month now i have been trying to UPGRADE and PAY for a business account but the payment page just refreshes and doent do anything....it just shows the summary of the buy but it doesnt charge us or let us upgrade. I have tried on diff browsers, computers, different methods of payment and even in different countries and no use the payment link doesnt work. Nor does all the new links that DB send us for payment. Has anyone else experieced this? very frustrating as we cannot talk to areal person even when trying to upgrade and pay them.71Views0likes8CommentsI paid for an upgrade but I'm still on the Basic plan

Hello, I'm a graphic designer with over 15 years of workload. This obviously equates to extreme files sizes. I was disappointed to learn Dropbox don't offer a package for single users over 3TB. I work solely and require more cloud space and don't want to have to upgrade to a 'per user' plan as this isn't cost effective. This option has to become available soon.57KViews166likes198CommentsI've paid twice to update my Dropbox account, but it's still the same and asks me to upgrade.
Has this happened to anyone? Since my account is set as an basic account i cant reach anyone to tell them about this problem. I have scrennshots of messages confirming my updates, aswell as scrennshots from my bank showing the transfer of money. Is there any way for me to reach them via email og chat? I greatly appreciate my free access to Dropbox features, and would like to upgrade to a better plan. Unfortunately, I can't justify $12/month for the most economical plan offered. I don't really even need 1TB of space, but would certainly be willing to subscribe to such a plan for $8/month, or less. (I can't imagine that there aren't plenty of others like me.)14Views0likes2CommentsMy account was downgraded to a Basic plan, how can I reactivate my paid service?
On January 14th, Dropbox canceled my Plus account, the day after I paid for a year of service. A week later, after many emails to technical support, they reactivated it as a Basic (free) account. What should one do (apart from sending daily emails to Technical Support and Finance) to receive the paid service? Has anyone else had this experience?56Views0likes9CommentsWe'd like to have a Dropbox Business plan with less than 5 licenses.
I agree. It's too expensive and the five user minimum is unreasonable. We are a three-person IT support team. We'd like to have a Dropbox for Business account so that we can remain intimately familiar with the features and speak intelligently when recommending services to our customers, but we don't want to pay for five users when we only have 3 (or possibly even two now).6.3KViews2likes12CommentsIf I upgrade but someone else doesn't can they still access shared folders?
I'm on the basic dropbox plan (2GB) and my storage is full so I was going to upgrade but I have an important shared folder that is going to exceed 2GB. If I upgrade to the next tier will the other person (who hasn't upgraded past 2GB) still be able to open the shared folder or will they also have to upgrade?17Views0likes1Comment
