Thanks. I have all notifications checked. Including activity in shared folders. I was receiving notifications like the image below. Are these no longer being
sent to dropbox users?

Can you please clarify if you're referring to the emails you should be receiving each time one of your Transfer files gets downloaded? If yes, then this should still be possible and you can also check your Transfer stats via this page.

I just sent some files and my transfer stats is empty. I think this is some technical
problem. Who can I get to help me with this? Who can I contact for tech support? I am paying for a service and not receiving
those services.
