Can I make shared links play videos automatically without having to click them twice?

Hello all.

I was wondering if anyone knew how (or if it's even possible) to set up a shared DropBox folder to play a video file automatically instead of having to click on the video twice.

Based on Google searches, I'm guessing it's a no, but I thought I'd at least ask here since I've been having trouble navigating Google lately.

Thank you for any help you can provide.

  • Hi Nu-Clean, thanks for contacting us!

It should be possible to create a shared link to a file, which can preview directly on the site by following these steps.

I hope this helps to resolve your query!

It also helped for me to realize I could share individual files and not just folders, thank you!
