Can't download video on the desktop app - "check internet connection" error

Okay, so for context, I download videos from my phone to the Dropbox and then I go to Dropbox in my laptop and download them on my computer. Problem is, one video refuses to download on my laptop and...

    I saved the video as .mov instead of .MP4 and it totally downloaded. Problem solved! Thanks anyways haha
