Dropbox backup lost functionality or is it somewhere else?

I can't find the "Copy shared link" action that I used before, it doesn't enable that option. With the files that are in dropbox.com/home I have no problem, they do allow link sharing, but with those...

    Hi, 

    No there is no way to create links to files that are in Backups. If I remember rightly when it was in beta you could but thats been removed now 😞
