Dropbox video-No Sound

submitting an assignment for homework. Uploaded the video, but there is no sound on the link. it only says preview, however, even when I do sign in, I get the full length of the video, but no sound.

    Hmm, ok...

    If you have the images, but not the sound, and that it's working when you open it locally, then we would need to investigate further.

    Could you write about your problem to the support here:
    https://www.dropbox.com/support ?

    Make sure to include a link to the file, so that we can try to reproduce the issue on our end.

Am producing a film.  Music supervisor is sending me  mp4s of clips --  no sound on my Windows desktop (Windows7, 64 bit)/  I do get sound on my Ipad.

Anything I can do?
