Try using a different browser, downloading it in smaller chunks, using Incognito mode and clearing the cache and cookies on your system.

Hi, it is Th 23 March 2017. I am trying to open the "Deleted Files" folder in DB but I get
Error (500)

I need to restore some files that were accidentally deleted, but I can't. Pls help. I've used two different browsers and both incognito and normal modes. Seems the problem is with DB service?
