File size display completely wrong on Dropbox.com
Long-time user here with Dropbox Advanced account.
Dropbox has an article on how to view file sizes online:

I obtained the poor results initially with Safari on Mac, and I just tested with Edge on PC and I get exactly the same folder sizes, so it's a bug on your end, and not a browser issue.
"If you test it with a smaller folder" — I understand what you mean here but I don't understand the point of this exercise.
I'm telling you that there are (a) large folders that appear with zero size and (b) large folders that appear with very small size.
This is clearly a bug.
I can work with you and tell you EXACTLY which folders if you want.
