How can I merge and extract compressed files in Dropbox?

I converted a large file into small pieces in compressed rar format and uploaded it. Now how do I combine and extract them in Dropbox? Thank you.

There are certain file types that can be unzipped in Dropbox, by following the steps in the article I linked in my previous reply, yazdanparast.
