Hey Pupetier, thanks for joining the Dropbox Community.
Would you mind clarifying what you mean by "IA"? Is it an artificial intelligence chat?
And how was the Dropbox link created? I'm asking because a Dropbox account is needed to create such a link.
Can you also send us a screenshot of what you see when clicking the link?
Thanks in advance.

Hannah, thanks for your replay.
Yes, i was talking about an AI chat. In this case i was using DeepSeek, and then Chat GTP, (i think that gtp also use deepseek in the background). The chatbot triei hd to share de excel file with me by a lot of plataforms. GoogleDrive, attaching the file to my email account, via wetransfer and so on. Every link gives me the same result. "Bad link, there is no file. Check it"
So, i dont now if its a problem from de AI or i need some kind of permission (i already ask this to the AI).
I will send you an screenshot!!
Thanks in advance, Mariano.- Rich

If every link is giving you the same result, then it's likely an issue with the AI. If you required more permissions, Dropbox would prompt you to sign in with your account before downloading the file. This is probably an issue with the AI creating the links incorrectly, or the file they're linking to no longer exists by the time you click the link.
