Those files won't prevent Dropbox from syncing. In fact, there are posts all over the forums from people complaining about dot underscore files and how they appear in Dropbox and on Windows.

Dot underscore files are created by OS X, usually to save meta data for a file when the file is located on a drive that is in a format other than the native OS X format (Mac OS Extended). The The __MACOSX folder is also created by OS X when an archive file (Zip, usually) is created. Both ._ files and the __MACOSX folder are hidden on OS X, but visible on all other platforms. They have no affect on the syncing of other files.
