Have you tried using an entirely different browser? Also, do you happen to know the size of the files you're trying to download?

Hi!
I am using a Chrome on my Android phone to access Dropbox but now I could not download any files from the website anymore. The exact message that I received is "there was an error downloading file". I tried the approaches online including deleting the cache and switching MS Edge, and both did not work. Any help on this matter is appreciated.
