Looking for feedback on how the mobile app preview experience can be improved
Hi my name is Aska and I'm a member of the mobile app team at Dropbox.
I'm currently working on improving the previews experience in our mobile app and I would love to hear some customer feedback on any of the following:
- Are there certain actions or workflows that are difficult to access on this page?
- What are some things that you would like to do on this page?
- Are you able to easily identify your file when previewing it?
- Does the page provide enough information about your file?
- What is your experience when it comes to opening and closing a file?
- And anything else that comes to mind
This would help me get a better understanding of any issues with the file preview experience on mobile and hopefully assist us in make some improvements to how you preview files on mobile in the future.
So if you have any experience with previewing files on mobile, be it good, bad or indifferent, I'd really love to hear about it.
