I too am having problems with my .mp4 files playing on my MacBook Pro laptop. When I try to play or preview the files, all I get is the audio and no video. Several different .mp4 video files doing the same thing. I CAN download the files to my desktop and they will play, and/or I can access the files from my iPhone 13 Pro and they will play. But they don't play directly from Dropbox online on my computer??? I've had Dropbox for years and lots of videos on it and I've never had this problem. How do I fix this?
