Activity shows that a folder member deleted some documents but they didn't
Hi Everyone,
Hoping for some guidance as I cannot get the live chat or chatbot feature to function. Having an issue with shared documents showing the other party deleted them in activity, but the other party is adamant they did not. When they go into their trash to make sure and try to restore, none of these are showing as files that were deleted.
Has anyone experienced this before? Is there anything I can do to get the files back?
