Backup for External HDD - Rewind giving error

You would need an event in order to Rewind to it in the system. If there isn't one, then there wouldn't be an option.

What error do you get exactly when trying to use Dropbox Rewind?
Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?

- k10huisen3 years agoExplorer | Level 3Thanks. Was using Edge, tried Chrome. It did work better displaying menus and options but when trying to rewind to a specific date, says it an error occurred and to contact support ... heading there tomorrow.
