Camera upload from different phones into different folders
Hello, I have created a new folder "Camera upload Karla" where I want my wifes iPhone to automatically upload photos to. This seems not to be so easy, as Dropbox on a phone will only upload to "Cam...

I have pictures in different devices and I need to keep them separate. I am using camera upload to get the pictures on dropbox, but it's a mess if the pictures from all the devices go into the same folder. I want to tell each device which folder within my dropbox account it should upload to. Is that possible? and how?
Thanks

I was hoping there was a way to do this also... it would be a nice feature to add!

That this feature is missing is such a pain point. I have multiple devices and that they are all dumping into the same folder is a nightmare. This can't be a hard feature to implement. Please, Dropbox!

Please, please implement this! At least for paying users!

It is a mess when having several devices taking photos and they all end up in the same folder....
Surely it must be possible to select different folders for camera uploads, please Dropbox fix this quick.

I'm another paid subscription user, and I'd like to add my voice to this request - photos from each of my devices should upload to a different folder in Dropbox!

If using the Camera Upload feature all devices will upload to the Camera Uploads folder; this cannot be changed. If you want them to upload to a different folder you'd have to upload the files manually in the Dropbox client on the device.

I see this feature has been requested for a few years. Do they listen to things like this? It doesnt seem it would be hard, take the phone name and create a folder for each phone on the account. I'm a paying user and would love to see this implemented!

There's no need to post the same reply multiple times. Please direct further discussion to the following thread. Thank you.

Agreed this feature is really really needed, it should be possible to select the name of the folder where the backup goes to.
