Can I restore all the files that have been deleted unintentionaly?

Now, there are no files anymore on my DropBox account.

When were your files deleted?

If it's been less than 30 days, you can restore them by following these steps.

Just as a note, if you logged in to your account and suddenly all your files are missing, make sure you've logged in to the correct one.
