Megan contacted me yesterday following my 'help' request which was how do I reduce storage to below 2Gb to qualify for free plan. I think I have the information if she can contact me again please.

    Forgot to add that the whole 4.7Gb is Dropbox Backup

      Hi @Clifff, as you mentioned that the data is being taken up by Dropbox Backup, you can delete the backup and free up the quota by following these steps.
