I cancelled my team plan and now I can't access any of my files

I had a dropbox business account for 3 users for several years. I closed the business and cancelled the dropbox subscription in march 2024. I thought i would be able to have access to the files after...

Are the files still on www.dropbox.com/home ? What happens if you change the files to 'Available Offline' ?

No, when i login online it shows my account as a personal account and its bare. No folders or files there.

    When was the last time you accessed your account and your files?

    Is it possible that you're currently signed in to a different account than the one that was part of the Business team?
