I cannot delete a Paper document in my account after my email was hacked

Following an e-mail hacking, I have two files in my Dropbox that I can not delete. These are entitled 'remittance advice.paper'? Any clue? Thank you

    Okay after 2 days I finally got a response back from the Dropbox team. This is how you remove the file. Login to Dropbox via your browser. Click on shared files, you should see the file that you wish to delete, click on the three dots then click remove file.
