Hey NargisH - sorry to jump in here, but can you find any signs of your missing files in the events page?
Also, do you happen to have another Dropbox account perhaps, associated with a different email address of yours?

I don’t think so. If I give you an email address, are you able to check it for me?
As if I do, it would be under my old email addresses which I don’t have access to anymore

You should be able to check on your end by trying to sign into the account by using the email address and password you were using for the account that's associated with the email address you received the email you originally mentioned NargisH

If I had an account under an other email address I won’t be able to log in as I don’t remember the log in details and since I don’t have access to the email address anymore, I can’t get any information sent to it to be able to access it.
Saying that, Im pretty sure I don’t have it. How can access the files that I posted on the previous reply?

Hi NargisH, if you're still able to access that account via the Dropbox mobile app, could you try creating a new folder there, and then share that folder to an existing Dropbox account?
Afterwards, you can try moving files into that shared folder to be accessed and downloaded by the other account.
