Hi Vivi70, if the account wasn't accessed for more than a year, then it would've been deactivated due to inactivity.
This means that it wouldn't be possible to recover the account or the files within. I'm sorry I can't be more helpful on this matter.

When was the last time that you accessed the account? If the account was idle for more than a year then it would have been deleted due to inactivity and you're now signed in to a new, empty account. If your Events page has no activity on it, this is most likely the case.
