Solved

I can't launch the Dropbox app on Win11 - it keeps disappearing.

I cannot start Dropbox after installed it on my laptop (using windows 11 24H2).

It appears in the task manager for a few seconds and disappearred then.

  • I've solved the problem. It seems dropbox app is conflicted with the vpn i used.

Hey vy3800, it might sound trivial, but have you tried restarting your device at all?

Do you happen to be running any 3rd party apps on your computer that could be interfering somehow? These could vary from security programs like antivirus or firewalls to 3rd party apps that might be monitoring and syncing or backing up your files in the Dropbox folder (apart from the Dropbox desktop app that is).

Let us know more and we'll take it from there.

    Thanks for the solution.

Uninstalled Astrill and was able to launch Dropbox.

    Great job, Astrill.
