I had an account with 2 TB and today it's 2 GB. What gives?
I had an account for years that had 2TB on it.
Today it's 2GB and no files.
I still have the mirrored folder in Windows so there's that.
No indication of deleted files being reported by Dropbox
What the heck happened and why? I don't think I got any notice as to what happened...

What is www.dropbox.com/events showing?

It just shows that I joined the Community Forum on 1/1/25. I went back to individual days in December and it showed nothing. It's like I got wiped off the map...
It's entirely possible that I had a different login perhaps? It's been so long that it was simply second nature...my best guess is to tie the account to the credit card (which I won't leave here, of course) and come at it that way.
I also think there was a DropBox icon in my startup that I don't see any more.- MeganDropbox Staff
Hey billand88, it sounds like we might be talking about two different Dropbox accounts indeed.
If you access your account's plan page, I'm assuming it says you're using a Basic one, right?
Do you recall how you initially upgraded your account?
Was it from our website (billed through credit card) or from the Dropbox app on your mobile device (billed through iTunes/Google Play)? Do you still see any recent charges on your bank statement?
