Hi sync0756, let's jump right into this!
If your account was deleted, then the team admin removed you from the team without following the steps to convert your account back to an individual account.
Only the team admin will be able to restore your account, but they only have seven days to do it from the date of deletion before the account can no longer be restored. Once your account has been restored, the team admin will need to convert it.
Can you reach out to them and let me know of any updates? Thanks!

Hi Megan,
Thanks for your reply.
Yes, my team admin has restored my account, It's activated now, and I can access all the shared files. but I couldn't find any file that was saved on my desktop. does it mean those personal files are gone? I thought the files on my desktop were offline though. cause I didn't sync them in shared folders. Is there any chance I can get it back?

Hi sync0756, are you able to locate these files online?
What happens if you locally search for the file names? Do you get any results?
If I were you, I'd also check my deleted files page, and events page too.
