My Dropbox folders are now sorted based on their creation date - how can I undo this?
My dropbox folders just reorganized by year they were established. Now I have to look through multiple years to find a folder I want. How do I return it to all folders listed under my general heading?

Hi Family Organizer! Welcome to the forum.
Are you referring to the folders in your root Dropbox (or else, the ones you see right after clicking on the All files tab)? If yes, you can click on the "Name" column on top of your files to organize them again alphabetically.
Let me know if there’s something else going on though.

Thank you, Nancy. It's the folders under the All Files tab. On the dropbox site itself they are in alphabetical order. But when I try to save something, like a bank statement that I want to put in the "finance" file, the folders are then all divided up by year they were created and I have to search way down years ago. Very strange since it just started happening. Nothing changed but it did coincide with my annual dropbox renewal which made me think it was some kind of an update.

Hmm, I see. Have you accidentally set any kind of automation perhaps for your folders? If yes, you can remove it this way.
If that’s not the case though, feel free to send me a screenshot of what you see here, and I’ll check this further.
