So, you said that i cannot edit or modify my word files with an app on my smartphone regardless of plan(basic, business, business plus, enterprise). is that right?

Hey joonhwa! What Mark meant is that you can’t edit those files with the Dropbox mobile app.

 

You’ll need to download the Microsoft app for Word on your phone instead and edit the files there. Your updates should sync to Dropbox normally.

    I downloaded microsoft 365 office app and login.
    but, still i cannot edit my word files.
    there is a warning message that my account do not allow editing on this device. please ask dropbox company for subscribe plan.
    what is that mean?

      Did you download the Microsoft Word app for editing documents? If not, can you give this a go and let me know if you still have an issue?
