Retrieve pictures

Hi, I'm Hamdi, I'm a Dropbox user, I deleted my pictures 4 months ago, is there any chance to get them back?

  • Hi Hamdi94

Unless at the point of deletion you were already a paying user I'm afraid there is now no way to recover them. Sorry

HI there Hamdi94, sorry to jump in here.

I'm afraid that you won't be able to recover any files that were deleted so long ago, not even if you upgrade your account now since your new plan's version history would start from the date of your upgrade and would not work retroactively.

I know it's not the answer you were looking for, but I hope it clarifies matters.
