"There are too many files in this request" error when trying to delete files

I am getting the 'There are too many files in this request. Please try with fewer files' when trying to delete some folders. I have turned off the desktop app and the issue still persists. How can I get support for this?

How many files is "regardless of how many files?" Have you tried deleting groups of files within the first folder first, and then deleting the folder?

Even a single pdf document will not delete, I get the same error. That being said, I was able to delete some folders that were previously giving me this error, but I'm still having issues with others.

kenz, you mentioned turning off the desktop app, so I understand this is happening locally on the Dropbox app and not the website, correct?

Can you send me a full screenshot of the error you keep getting?
