We reorganized our online-only files and now they're gone.
Dear all,
We recently encountered a critical issue during a folder reorganization within our company Dropbox account. Specifically, while moving contents available online only, nearly all online-only files disappeared.
The folder structure in question is as follows:
Dropbox > A. Admin office > 2 - Admin support > 2- General affairs
Prior to November 1st, this folder held approximately 56 GB of data. Following the reorganization, only 2.44 GB of data remains. We need assistance in restoring the folder to its state as of November 1st to recover the full 56 GB of files.
Could you please advise on the steps required to restore these files? If restoration services incur a fee, we are willing to proceed with a paid recovery option.
Thank you very much for your prompt response and assistance.

Hi adock
When you did the move have you given things time to do it and settle? Reorganising takes time. Does Dropbox on the machines show as up to date or not?
In terms of rollback you can do it yourself using Rewind: https://help.dropbox.com/delete-restore/rewind
However, if you need support to do this you will need to open a ticket via www.dropbox.com/support BUT they wont pick it up till at least Monday.

Sorry for jumping in, adock; I just wanted to clarify one more thing. The files that you’re now missing, are they gone both on www.dropbox.com and your linked devices or only on the desktop app (since you mentioned the files being mostly online-only)?
