Back up not working on macOS Sequoia M4 Max
Can anyone help me out I’ve been trying to get my back up to work and I’ve talked to support and all they tell me is that they are working on a fix but it’s been 3 months and still no fix

Hey prahdaw, thanks for sharing your ticket number!
I've had a chance to review its history, and I can see that our engineering team is still actively investigating the issue, and the cause behind it.
I completely understand how frustrating and inconvenient this must be for you, and I want to assure you that they're working hard to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Please don't hesitate to check the ticket for any updates, and feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns in the meantime.
