Can I see who's viewed my files via link?

Hi, everyone.   I currently have a Dropbox Plus account. I'd love to see when folks are opening my files (or have opened them.)   Is there a way to track who's opened my links and see a ful...

I'm surprised it's not there! It seems like such an easy (and integral) feature!

Is it available in any of the other plans?
