I have used Dropbox previously with no issues at another company. I have bought the basic plan and advised by dropbox support. When I go to share the folder, its says I need to verify my email first. I click on the verify link and it takes me back to the folder but I still can't share the folder! Please help!125Views0likes1CommentCan I use an email forwarded for 'Email to Dropbox' feature for attachments?
I've enabled the email to dropbox feature and can receive emails to long email address supplied. I've tried setting up a shorter email on my custom domain to auto forward to the long address but it never seems to receive the attachments. Is there a limitation to this? I would rather share a shorter more memorable email address. Example, but not real details: My custom email [email removed as per Community Guidelines] to auto forward to"random.long.name.generated@addtodropbox.com"Solved2.9KViews0likes9CommentsNot receiving verification email, so I cannot share files
I've tried changing email, I've tried adding the contact, I've received the welcome to drop box email, but I cannot receive the verification email. I am trying to share a time sensitive file so if someone on the customer support team could reach out to me to resolve this issue it would be greatly appreciated. Pretty alarming that the customer support chat service can't even be used without a verified account.271Views0likes2Comments"Email to Dropbox" is not available as an option in my settings
Hi all, had a search around of the netand was directed to this page; https://help.dropbox.com/create-upload/email-files-to-dropbox Trouble is that option doesn't exist. I've tried under the settings page clicking my avatar and checked settings/prefs for the admin console and the desktop app. Any ideas would be appreciated.Solved437Views0likes2CommentsPDF "view only" share link continues to allow editing
I have edited both my profile settings and the pdf settings specifically to generate a "view only" link. However, every time I go to share the link I continue to see on the top bar that the pdf is editable. Not only is it editable but anyone can edit it for everyone. What do I need to do to change this? I have even logged out of my Dropbox account and used the link to see if it changed anything, it did not. My PDF is clickable with links but, I have tried other PDf's that were not to see if it changed anything and it did the same thing. I need a view only link. How do I get this?Solved2.9KViews0likes7CommentsThe option to change selective sync settings is gone on my Mac

Hi, everyone. I currently have a Dropbox Plus account. I'd love to see when folks are opening my files (or have opened them.) Is there a way to track who's opened my links and see a full history? Let me know if you could...thank you! Matthew606Views0likes3Comments
