Cannot access someone else's Dropbox folder
Our company has a Dropbox folder we all use to share files. We have a new manufacturer that we are working with that has their own Dropbox folder. A link to their folder was sent to all of use but so...

Hey jfricker, thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community this Friday.
Would you mind sending us a screenshot of the error that the recipients who can't access the folder are getting?
Just make sure any personal info is hidden on the screenshot.

If the users that are having this issue go to their Shared tab, do they see the folder there? And are they able to add it?

Hi jfricker. could you try changing the name of the shared folder so that it's shorter and without any symbols in it to see if this helps?

he link is not our company's folder it is a folder from another company we represent. The link was sent to us.
