Could you please try an incognito window with no extensions or plugins running and let us know if you still get the same results?
If you do, send us a screenshot of the last screen you can get to or any error that might pop up so that we can have a visual too.

Are you seeing the same thing when trying from a different browser or after clearing your browser's cache as well?
Hello, I am having this issue as well. I have tried on my mac on safari and chrome, I have tried clearing the cache, in incognito mode, and tried on my cell phone as well. None of these options are fixing the issue. Please help. Thanks

I just started with the solution. I had this issue on the first share I did but was somehow able to get it to work, though I have no idea how. I just tried to do my second share today and have had no luck. Bottom of new request with share grayed out
