Dropbox desktop app slow syncing team wide.
Our Dropbox Team Account has degraded Performance today. Our full Team (remote and office) has only around 300 Kbits Download Speed.
We have around 22 TB in Multiple Teamfolders. Has anyone the same Problem?
Solved for me right now, as I seem to get routed via TXL Pop hub now. Issue occured when I was connected to FRA.
Thanks a lot techstaff! 👍

Since today the download speed is extremely slow using a Mac device. Download speed is normal on Windows via the same WIFI/network.

Hello Dropbox-Support-Team,
can you please give a statement?

Same issue happening to us since a few hours ago.
Dropbox Desktop app download is extremely slow despite internet working perfectly, getting speeds between 10-50 KBps
Downloading files from Dropbox through a browser (Chrome) is the same, extremely slow downloads, 10-50 KBps.
Upload seems to be largely unaffected.
Happening across 5 different team members, across different ISPs, different OSs and different browsers.
Mobile App export to offline doesn't start at all, using a data connection from yet another ISP.

- HunterDropbox StaffHey TAS_01, and welcome to our Community!
Your download/upload speeds, are handled by your ISP, and your web browser application, and is out of our control.
Have you tried switching browsers, or clearing your browsers cache.
You could also try using an incognito window, in case you have any extensions or plugins, slowing the speed down.
Let us know how it goes.- E_FuksHelpful | Level 5
Hello,
so multiple Dropbox User experiencing this issue (even not knowing each other, working for different companies ), because we all are at the same ISP?
Also Internetspeed is good, other services like ondrive are working fine.
Also nice to know, we are experiencing this issue, even our staff are working from home with different ISP to what we use in the HQ, where whe have the same issues.

It is now the second time in 60 days that we have this error. The DNS resolution to Dropbox's delivery network is extremely slow and virtually unusable. Has anyone the same problem at this time?
