Dropbox lets me back up the entire Documents folder, but not an individual subfolder.

Hey there! I'm a little new to using dropbox after stopping about a decade ago, the backup feature seems pretty useful to sync files between my devices, but i'm having an issue: I can only tell the dropbox application to backup my entire documents folder. If I try to select an individual folder or folders within the documents folder, it will simply not do anything.

I don't seem to have this issue with other folders, if I enter desktop, it lets me select individual folders that are within my desktop, does anyone know what the issue might be?

Hope you’re doing well, @Tairetsu! Welcome to our forum.

Can you send me a screenshot of what you see when trying to back up folders within your Documents folder?

Also, if you’re using the updated Backup feature, keep in mind that backups from other devices can only be accessed on your web account

Keep me posted for any updates, though.
