error something went wrong on our end

"Error something went wrong" keeps popping up when I try to log into dropbox.. it has a purple bullseye like icon with it.

Something went wrong on our end.

How do I get access to my drop box in order to upload clients photos

Hi kstapes09! Thanks for posting on the Community.

Can you send me a full screenshot of the error you mention?

Is this happening when trying to access the Dropbox website/desktop app/mobile app?

    Let me know.

Everytime I try to look up a folder that already exists to add another (sub) folder to it. It will allow me to fully create a new folder and start from scratch but won’t allow be to work with previous folders.

It won’t let me add a picture but it says “something went wrong. Don’t worry, your files are still safe and the Dropbox team has been notified. Check out our status page to see if there is a known incident, our help center and forums for help or head back home”
