Folders doesn't show up in the dropbox app on desktop

Hi everyone! I have some weird issue on my computer and hope someone knows the solution.   I tried to look up but seems like I am putting wrong keywords or something, and can't find it.   So,...

    Hi YGW, is it possible that you have selective sync enabled for those folders, preventing them from appearing on your computer?

What are the names of folders 1 and 2? Do they use any characters that would be incompatible with your OS? If so, they won't sync until they're renamed.

    no! using only alphabet characters, nothing else. Also oddly those folders are showing up on some other people's desktop app but not in mine?
