Help first time user
I purchased a dropbox folder from someone on snapchat and was wondering how it works. They asked for my email and I gave it but am I supposed to receive an email with the link or am I supposed to find...
I have logged in but I cant find nothing here.
- Is your email which is registered in Dropbox the same as the email you give them to grant access to the folder?
- Have you check the "Files" section so see any shared folder ?
- Lastly, usually if someone shares a folder to your Dropbox account, there would be an official email from Dropbox to notify you about the action.
- Yes the email registered is the one I gave them. I've looked in the folder section and nothing. But also no email for it

You need to contact them again then and ask them to resend it. Without them doing that you cannot access it.
Theres no way to 'search' for shares to join etc.
