How can I save 4 TB of files to my computer, if I only have a Basic account?
Hi I am a novice here so apologies if i gave dumb questions.... I have a free, Basic Dropbox account which offers 2GB free storage. Please can you explain what happens when i want to download ...

Hi there, fabanmoon, thanks for posting to our Community.
If you'd like to save this folder to your computer and only have a Dropbox Basic account, the only way would be to choose the "save to device" option.
However, if it's 4 TB, you definitely won't be able to download everything at once.
When it comes to downloading from the website, you can only download a folder, if it’s less than 250 GB (uncompressed) and has fewer than 10,000 total files.
Also, files within deeply nested folders still count toward the 10,000 file limit.
So, you'd have to download the files in batches of maximum 250GB.
