How can I set it so that only the dropbox folder on my pc uploads to Dropbox

I hope someone can help: How can I set it so that only the dropbox folder on my pc uploads to Dropbox? Now my entire pc is in Dropbox and the account is full. I have a Dropbox Pro account. Thanks

    It sounds like you've activated Dropbox backup.
