How to use a shared link?
I don't have a paid account, and I really can't afford one. I would like to send a link to prospective buyers of assorted art works that are photographed and in a Dropbox folder. I've managed to upload the photographs into the folder, but how do I open it up so that more than just me can open the folder and view the pictures?

Send them a shared link to the folder.

When my screen says "Who Can Access", it says Only You. Does that mean that when they get the link, they won't be able to open the files?

No. It means that the folder either isn't shared at all, or it's a shared folder with you as the only member. That column isn't related to shared links. It only applies to shared folders, which is a different type of sharing.
