I use a Macbook with Sequoia OS
I share a lot os link with clients. Usually I copy the link right clicking the folder in the Finder App, the choosing copy link. By default this link is CAN EDIT. I want to set the default to VIEW ONLY. Couldn't find how to.

You can do this from the Sharing page in your Account settings.

Hi Nello Aun and welcome to the Dropbox Community! 😊 I am glad to see you have resolved your issue and you are now able to set your shared link to view only. 🔗✨
On another note, I’d really love to hear more about how you’re using Dropbox in your workflow. 🤗 If you’re open to sharing, I’m all ears 👩💻. I’m always fascinated by the creative ways people use Dropbox—it’s such a great opportunity to swap tips, spark new ideas 💡, and maybe even bring fresh insights back to our internal team. ✨🌟
Looking forward to hearing your story 💌,

Hi!
I ama photographer. I send images to my clients via Dropbox. And I split work in my studio with it.
That’s awesome Nello Aun , I totally get why sorting out your Shared Links issue was so important, it makes a huge difference when everything runs smoothly. By the way, we’ve got a dedicated corner of the Community just for photographers. It’s a great spot to connect with others, share tips, and pick up some new ideas. I think you’ll really like it.
