I can't open Word files from Dropbox on iOS

Hello .. Suddenly i cant open my files from dropbox, it worked as usual yesterday, but after a couple of hours i couldnt open any file at all so i can edit in word. A new window popped up and said so...

    Mrmatte, have you made sure that Dropbox is added as a storage location on your iOS device? If not, you can do this the following way: 

    1. Navigate to the Word app
    2. Tap the account icon in the top left corner
    3. Tap 'Storage Accounts'
    4. Add your Dropbox account

I did not, Ive had it installed for a while.. The issue started randomly yesterday.

Even if i have Ondedrive installed it does not make a difference, it opens up through word it seems, it happens when i install microsoft office 🤔

Mrmatte, have you made sure that Dropbox is added as a storage location on your iOS device? If not, you can do this the following way: 

  1. Navigate to the Word app
  2. Tap the account icon in the top left corner
  3. Tap 'Storage Accounts'
  4. Add your Dropbox account
