Hey FilipeMello, thanks for joining our Community.
It seems you uninstalled the Dropbox application without disabling the backup feature first.
So the best thing to do right now, would be to reinstall Dropbox and then disable backup.
Once backup is turned off, you should be able to uninstall Dropbox and not have any issue.

Thank you for your answer. I reinstalled Dropbox here, but there's nothing here anymore. My files aren't here, except from one folder. There's nothing both local machine and cloud. How can I recover my files, please?- Hannah3 years agoDropbox StaffThanks for updating me on this, Filipe!
When you reinstalled the Dropbox app, did you sign in to the same account as before?

No, I appreciate your work, thank you for keeping in touch. Yes, I logged in to the same account and verified deleted files, but there's nothing there. On the Events page, there are only updates about one file that remains in my Dropbox account. All events about all the other files are not there, it's everything empty. I really need to recover these files. Thank you again for your support!
