Max upload reached while trying to send to a user with the Plus package.
Hi, I am currently on the free 2gb option. My client has the Plus Package. I am trying to copy a few GB of information to them however it restricts me to 2gb.
Is there a way for my client on the Plus Package to allow me to send files over 2GB. I might need upwards of 20GB to be sent.
Please advise if this is a setting on their side or if an upgrade is needed on my side?
If you need to upload via a SHARED FOLDER you will also need to upgrade - their paid account doesnt benefit you.
However, if its just sending them info ask for a Requests link instead: https://help.dropbox.com/share/create-file-request
