My shared links can't be viewed properly (the content isn't showing).
Hello team,
When I click on the 'share' button on a folder to generate a link, and then view the link, I can't view the database properly. This persists on all browsers, and devices including mobile. Find attached an image.

I have the same problem! Using other devices or browsers does not work. The problem is with DropBox

Hey myguymo and Patreon_JuanpiAMVs! Thanks for reporting this here.
Out of curiosity, is this happening for a specific folder on your account (for which you’ve created this shared link)? Have you generated shared links for other folders and you see the same thing?
Have you both tried an incognito window?
Let me know.

Hi Nancy Yes, I have tried incognito mode and using various browsers, also on phone, same problem.
It happens to me in all folders

I have the same issue! For all folders, the issue exists in incognito mode, on any browsers (Chrome, Brave). It is not worked for old folders and new ones.

Hi Everyone,
As we continue to investigate, we've discovered that refreshing multiple times can cause shared links to properly load. This is only a workaround that may allow you to view your files while we look into a proper fix.
Thanks,
Ben
